The item I want is “sold out” or no longer appears?

Sadly the item may not come back, keep checking our website or social media accounts as we usually share the good news when an item is back in stock.

If I order something today, when will I receive it?

As all of our Australian packages are express posted, It usually takes between 1-2 business days, however if you live in a rural area it can take an extra 1-2 days.
International packages can take anywhere between 5-15 days to reach you.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We will send an email as soon as it is on its way to you, if you have not received an email 48 hours later, please contact us at info@virgoandher.com.au

How do I access my store credit?

Your store credit will be emailed to you once it has been processed on our end and can be found in your Virgo and Her Account.

Can I cancel or make amendments to my order once it has been placed?

No, unfortunately not, any changes must be treated as a return once you have received the item. This also includes the billing and shipping details.

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return my item?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. We recommend using a tracked postage. Please email us at info@virgoandher.com.au if the product is faulty and we will arrange the postage back to us.
